I bought a '22 the other week and noticed this on my lexus maintenance?
I bought a '22 ux 200 with 24k miles. He seemed to be a big commuter and had to have his windshield replaced and a tire from having a screw in it. Even this windshield has a tiny chip. Everything else looks pristine and clean.
Anyway, he had all services done at a lexus dealer during ownership and this pops up a few times
SERVICE: NON WARRANTABLE OPERATION CODE
DESCRIPTION:~|~ ~|~,CUSTOMER DECLINED SERVICE
Should i be concerned? This doesn't have any further details?

So you are saying there is no description of what services the previous owner declined?
Could be anything that's not covered under warranty it seems. Maybe repair the window chip?
