I purchased a Lexus UX 250H for my mother. She's short and she sits close to the steering wheel and needs to push the seat back upon exit. I purchased the car during the pandemic and couldn't pick options, and didn't realize it doesn't have memory seats.

Is there a way to retrofit this option?
