I came across this dismantling manual today. Looks like Lexus makes it freely available since the hybrid battery needs special care to prevent injury when being scrapped or taken apart. It has some insight into the hybrid components, specs, and how to disengage power to the traction battery (via the "service plug grip") under the rear seat. Interesting info that some of you DIYers may find valuable.
