Hello to all
I have been asked by a friend to help install a dashcam into his 2023 lexus ux250h
He got the vehicle in September 2023 and has it on a three year lease.
He is worried that he is not allowed to have a 3rd party (me) install the dashcam because he is on the lease.
My question is if the 3rd party install affects any part of the lease, or if it's ok.

Won't be an issue. Just uninstall it when you return it upon the end of the lease. The install/uninstall shouldn't take more than 30 minutes tops.
