Hello,
I got my Ux 250h this past December and these past few weeks it’s been super cold in Alberta with temperatures reaching -20 to -40C. I noticed that my full gas of tank doesn’t last as long and seems to drop a quarter tank when I drive around 30 min. Fuel consumption seems to be around 10-11ish L/100km which is a big change from 6 ish during early December. Has anyone else noticed that their fuel consumption tanks due to winter? Or is my car defective?
thanks

This is fairly standard everywhere due to colder air, along with winter fuel blend.
Mine drops from 40+ mpg in warmer weather down to about 28-30ish. Mainly 80% city 20% highway.

My UX 250h was getting 53 MPG in the summer and now in the winter its down to 47 MPG.
Could be the temperature affecting the NiMh battery or the E10 petrol blend for winter.
