Whenever I use my CarPlay it forces me back to the menu and I dont know why? Does anyone else have this issue? Can I fix it on my own or do I need to go to the dealership?

I have a 2023. I’ve had trouble with it since I bought it with it switching back-and-forth between Apple CarPlay, and then I have manual select radio etc. I took it to dealership. They were no help. It said that it was my phone. The only thing I found that works is after it automatically connects, I disconnected manually and then reconnect manually and then it seems to work fine. If anybody else knows of a better solution, I would love to know as well.

I had a bit of a problem and found found out it was logging me in as guest instead of my saved profile. Once I fixed that and made sure I was driver all was well.
