Fairly close to the 225/50R18.
Those will be a cm wider but about 2% smaller in diameter, about a half inch smaller. Your speedometer will say you’re going faster than you actually are. Probably not a bad thing lol. I do find the speedometer in mine 2km/h higher than my actual speed. So it’ll even out if yours is the same!
Double check the load index and speed rating (it’ll be something like 95V for example, after the size) to make sure that the tires can handle the weight and the speed rating (in my opinion should be called performance rating) is equal to or higher.
