Is there anyway to reset profile, I tried new account my old one still there, It won't let you delete it ,tried reset nothing happens.

Evert time with new one , all it says it loaded not saved you got to go through same procedure everything you start the car nothing works even map.



I tried disconnected the battery as guy in garage did once even that won't do anything, besides going back to dealer which is a treak is there any other way ie fuse any advise is appreciated
