The manual only has instructions on how to do it via touch screen menu. Is there a combination of button to do that?

Not that I have been able to find. It is one of the few PITA with this vehicle, because Climate Concierge is brilliant.

I don't know if every year has this, or what year your UX is, but in my 2024, "Hey Lexus, sync temperature" or something similar works well. (I agree that a dedicated hard button would be good, but the voice command words surprisingly well.) Also if I happen to make a manual adjustment that turns Climate Concierge, "Hey Lexus, turn on Climate Concierge" works well, too.

I've been impressed with voice commands, but then again, my previous vehicle's (2017 Forester) voice commands didn't work well at all.
