Hi,

I got a call from the dealer saying I need to get scheduled maintenance every 4-5 months. I checked the manual and could not the information. What's the maintenance schedule for this model?

The dealer is just trying to make money off of purchasers who are unaware of the actual maintenance schedule. They make more money in the service department than from selling vehicles and the service writers work for commission, so have a huge incentive to oversell maintenance and repairs that are not needed.

I don't know it for your specific model, for that look in your owner's manual package as there is a smaller book that has the maintenance schedule.
However, for most other Lexus models the engine oil is changed every 10,000 miles, and you can rotate the tires at the time or at 5,000 if more diligent.
The engine air filter and cabin air filters can go longer, again check the manual or online at the Lexus Drivers Site.

Thanks for the information. I found the warranty book says it's 6 months or 5,000 miles, which ever comes first.

Yep, you did the right thing by double checking and making sure.

Agree with the prior comment to yours.

Also, tell your dealer or whichever that reached out to you, to go touch grass.

With my previous car, there is a published schedule. For each service, it lists what is supposed to be done. Is there a list for this model?
