Those are some crazy bellow dealer invoice deals. I have a sticker of $42,690 and dealer invoice of $40,569 before the 2K rebate. What is reasonable to ask for? $38K or $569 off dealer invoice?

You may not able to find a new 2019 UX250h F-Sport now as they should be gone already by now. If you can find one for $38000 + tax & fee is reasonable in CA with 0% interested.

There are none. In fact they are telling me can't even order one for at least a month as they are switching to 2021's. I like this car but to be honest with you if I am gonna wait 4-6 months I may just wait for the new Nissan Ariya.

What are your comparables? Shop a couple dealers in your search area with like vehicles and drill to the bottom.

The bad part is no cars exist in US with the luxury package and nav (required). So am stuck ordering and waiting that long affords me MANY more options. There are other hybrids but in luxury category excluding German stuff there really aren't. Ther ARE many EV SUV's coming really soon that look great even if not quite luxury category.

If you want a UX, the regular 200 is apparently a good deal. FWD of course but almost 10% off before any kind of lexus cash is the highest you should expect to pay. The 250h is hard to find, and my theory is that production allocation to North America has been reallocated to other parts of the globe and their demand.

Wondering if any of you got any quotes for lease deals during the Golden Opportunity Sales Event for a UX. I'm trying to help my gf find a good deal. The best offer we got back in April was the following:
MSRP: $37,040
Downpayment: $1,000
Monthly: $333/month + tax = $355 all in
Miles: 12K mi/month
Months: 36
1st month's payment waived
Effective monthly (after 1st month waived) = $323.75 + tax = $345
Now apparently they're not even waiving the 1st month's payment - the best offer that the same dealer can do now is the following (July 2020):
MSRP: $37,040
Downpayment: $1,000
Monthly: $375/month + tax = $399 all in
Miles: 12K mi/month
Months: 36
Has anybody else gotten something similar or better than the offer we received in April 2020? We're located in Florida. Thanks!

a) What are the dealer fees in FL?
b) Why a downpayment? Never do that. Only MSDs. You loose the down payment if the vehicle is a loss.
c) Whats the mF and Residual?
d) What are the discounts being applied and what is the pre-incentive discount/dealer discount?
You have to plug that into a lease calculator and see what it returns. Based on that you can find what the deal is.

Trying to get the MF and residual but the salesperson is reluctant on providing that.
Do you have any recommendations for a good lease calculator?
Thanks

recommend leasehackr for their calc.
I think the usual pre-incentive discount is about 10%. Add any incentives post that number and you should be at a good deal.

Don't know if you have pulled the trigger on this but make sure you have negotiated the price on the car first before
you get into details of the lease. It's the number one mistake people make when leasing. Also, if the salesperson is being cagey about the MF that's kind of a red flag. It should not be hidden from you, but as others have said there are lease calculators that you can use.

I did a custom order of a UX250H back in June of 2019 and it took about 120 day from the day it was ordered. I understand this is considered the normal wait time for custom orders.
