Look for a CT cargo net. The CT and UX seems to be pretty similar in trunk size.
The CT200h net does work in our new UX 250h. It is up against back seat backs instead of near hatch door. Doesn't work well with rear seats folded down but better than letting groceries slide around in back. It may be a problem if using the luggage area cover (very useless).

I don't know the difference between the CT net and the NX net (which is the net used in my original post, above), but the NX net does not affect the use of the UX's cargo cover.
The CT cargo net works just fine right behind the rear seat and doesn't interfere with the parcel cover. I also have one from my NX300h, but I haven't tried it yet.
Did you install the Tonneau Cover before or after the cargo net?
I put the cover on last (after the net). The reason being that—often—I have to remove the cover more times than the net. In those times where I need to unhook the net, chances are the cover also needs removal.
Why are people putting the net behind the backseat? My UX has hooks just like the CT next to the trunk.
Even a couple of pictures on this thread shows where the hook is located but it’s in the closed position you just need to push it up and there are metal anchors on each of the rear corners.
Best to get a net that is the same size or equal to the CT 200 H.

The top hook that is pushed in and flush with the trim is not for cargo nets. It's the shopping/grocery bag hook and is not strong enough (nor will the net's clips attach to it securely) to install a cargo net as it was meant to be installed. Besides, I like the net up against the back seats. It's out of the way and I don't have to lift anything over it.
