It's hard to tell from the video but seems like normal noise of the regenerative brakes to me

Hello.. my UX250h makes the same sound intermittently. I had a CT200h that made the same noise so I’m thinking it’s a normal hybrid thing?

Normal hybrid cars doing hybrid stuff. The engine is off as you coast so small noises are more apparent.

The clicking noise is likely the electrically actuated vacuum assist pump. Normally engine vacuum would take care of this but since the engine doesn't run all the time, and you need to use your brakes, the car needs to electrically charge the brake booster so you can have assisted brakes. Normal!
