Hi all - Canadian (Torontonian) here but I will try to convert all figures to Fahrenheit/MPG so we are on the same page.
Got the USB UX250h in late spring/early summer, and averaged about 5.4L/100KM, or 43.6MPG.
For the past weeks, temperature has dipped significant. This week its down to double-digit negatives with wind chill (5 degree F)
My fuel efficiency has now dipped to 7.0L/100km, or 33MPG. Granted there are some snowy driving done.
Tire pressure are maintained and I haven't changed to snow/winter tires yet.
Anyone else in the colder region noticing this change? I reset the gauge after every fuel up so I am fairly on top of these sudden fuel efficiency changes.

I live in Chicago
yes, I experienced this as well. I used to have another hybrid- same thing in the winter.
also both roughly averaged about 33-35 Mpg. add in the winter “blend” for fuel and of course the colder temps you are without a doubt bound to have a drop in fuel economy.
when I had my LS 460, I was averaging 11-12 Mpg in the winter.

I live in Toronto.
I drive the gasoline version (non hybrid) and I’ve averaged 7.74 L/100 km lifetime (five months, 15k km).
Since the beginning of October, I’ve averaged 8.13 L/100 km. I don’t know if you can call that a trend because the sample size is kind of small. Lastly, I want to mention that I’ve had winter tires on for the last 200 km.

Toronto here;
Was averaging very similar in summer (5.3-5.5l/100km). Last tank was 6.3l/100km. Not as big of a hit, but noticeable. I should note that I live in a condo, so I think my car gets an advantage of usually starting in a warmer environment (13-15c) with underground parking.
As others have said, it's due to a combination
1. Winter Tires (albeit I am loving my Pirelli's), vs the low rolling resistant tires (you haven't switched yet, just mentioning for as part of my results)
2. Colder temps
3. Winter blend gas
4. You even mentioned some snowy conditions while driving home.
