Hi,

Does anyone have noise /rattling from the side door? It seems to be something related to the door pin (I don't know the exact name of that part...), it seem to be in resonance and rattle on not smooth road.

Do you have the same noise? Any suggestion or workaround ?

I would take it to the dealership and have them investigate it. Hopefully, they will add more sound insulation as they did with one of the other owners in those FB posts.

I will surely report the problem to the dealership at the next 15.000 Km check.

Meanwhile I would like to understand if it's a common problem and if there's an already known solution... It's always hard to find solutions for rattling or strange noises in cars....you know, it takes a lot of time to investigate on that ( and dealership don't have time....)

My car (UX250h 2019) had the same problem. Went to the dealership and they fixed it for me.
They found the sound from both front doors, and the right side rear door when driving on the rough road. The only door they didn't find the noise is the left side rear door. But that door has been disassembled to fix the broken glass before fix the door noise issue. So, I believe my car both 4 doors has the same issue.
They just isolated the door aluminum panel and the plastic interior panel as they said the noise is caused by poor contact.

I had exactly the same noise really annoying me on long trip on my 2020 UX 250 H F-SPORT. I do not have facebook access, can anyone describe solution which can be applied without the needs of going to the dealer? I am an Italian living in Belgium, and explain such type of issue to flemish dealer it is not so easy!
