new MY21 UX250H, I had almost everty time , I can hear very loud noise when I revsese the car.
I saw previously someone else also post the smae concern. any feedback? any recomentation? o

That's standard and required of hybrid and electric vehicles in most places. It's called the pedestrian alert notification system. it's so people can be aware of quiet cars.

When your hybrid is moving without the Internal Combustion 4 cyl. engine running it is extremely quiet.
There is a speaker under the front grille that makes that sound to warn pedestrians that you are moving.
Silent when you are stationary, loudest when you first begin moving (especially in reverse because the
speaker is in the front), less loud as you move up to around 15 MPH and not at all when the IC engine
is running and making noise.
