Default UX250h transmission fluid replacement

Hi there,
I am a Lexus Master Technician and I am creating a series of maintenance and repair DIY tutorial videos covering the 2019-2022 Lexus UX models.
Here is my video showing how to replace the hybrid transmission fluid on UX250h models.
Please hit me up with suggestion on what other things you would like to see in the video comments.
Cheers!
Viktor

This is so nice and simple. Nice to see they regained some of their common sense for this procedure, without measuring trans temps or using TechStream.

Mind you, on my 2012 V6 Camry, its always been what comes out (cold) +-2 oz and that's what goes back in, no measuring temps.

Hi Vik,

Does all of the fluid actually empty? Some cvt you have to measure what comes out.. just wondering if it should be emptied more than once?

How often it needs to change? How much does the dealer charge for this?

Just an update. Took the UX to the LEXUS dealership for a regular oil change at 115k. I was told no transmission oil change was needed for this vehicle.

Default Where did videos go?

Viktor, where did your YouTube videos go? They were great, and very helpful, and I hate that they've been removed from YouTube.

If you’re like me than you don’t have a lift and make repairs in your garage. Here are the jacking points for the AWD models. Access to the front jack point is tricky so I had to use a 2nd jack (on the side of the car behind one of the front wheels) to raise the car first.
