Does anybody know whether the 12v battery is agm or standard. I had my 12v replaced again due to me working from home It'd died again. This is my second battery in the last year replaced by warranty. I am thinking about getting a trickle charger the solar one I was using guess wasn't working. Thanks in advance!9(

Go to the video in YouTube to view the comments - according to this mechanic's reply, it's a lead acid battery and not AGM.

We leave my wife's car in the apartment building's garage for 4 to 5 months each winter. There are no connections for a trickle charger in the garage. The dealers salesman said to undo the negative connection while we are gone and battery should be ok when we return. Do you agree?

That's what I've done in the past when I don't plan to use my car for months but those weren't hybrid vehicles. I don't see why hybrids would be any different for 12v batteries though. I'd probably add some fuel stabilizer in the tank if you plan to leave it sitting for 4-5 months.
