Does anyone know what the factory tint level is on a UX 250H 2020?

I heard that the back is 20% but it looks pretty light to me.

I am almost positive my UX had zero tint when I purchased it (2019).

I ended tinting it with 30-35% Formula One Pinnacle all around, and 50% on the windshield.

My 2021 had this much tint from the factory...


No idea as to a percentage...

Yeah that's how mine looked, which I would say is 50%, at best, if at all. I'm sure it's to keep costs down too - not to mention the UX is not one of those in the lineup that are dual-pane.

I have a 2023 UX250h, and just went to have tinting at a local shop. They tested the factory glass and it has no tint (on any of the doors, we weren’t able to test the hatchback glass or windshield). I didn’t want the darker tint or limo/privacy tint, so went with 35% VLT on the front doors and 15% on the rears and hatch. I’m very happy with the outcome, and there have been no issues with my rear-view dash cam quality or visibility. Here are some before and after pix (external only) ~ Hope this helps!
