Default Run flats

Has anyone replaced their run flats with regular tires? If yes, are you carrying a donut and where did you find one that fits?

Best things is to carry a self repair kit in the trunk with a compressor. Looks like Lexus UX250H will have updated runflat tires in 2023 with a new version.

Hi

I have just replaced my Dunlop run flat tyres with Michelin Cross Climate ( All Season ) non run flat tyres as I both wanted to improve the comfort plus the traction in winter conditions.

It is too early to assess the all season capabilities although the Michelin Cross Climate tyres have performed well in many tyre tests but the ride has certainly improved.

I will also be carrying a repair kit and have joined a breakdown recovery service.

Hope that helps
