Example: Person walks into shop, tells the personnel to install air bag suspension, person leaves (without the vehicle).

Forgive the crude, celebrity-inspired example, but you get the idea. Are there some components that might be typically overlooked which one should make sure they address with the installer before hand? If so, what are they? What behind-the-scenes issues/topics (things which may be obvious to someone experienced with air suspension, not a novice) should be discussed?

Thank you
A few things I would suggest asking.

Do they offer a warranty on the parts and labor?

Ask them for a list of the parts, Including brand names and search online and see if there is alot of "bad experiences" with that particular brand.

Ask them to see some installations that they have done, see if everything looks clean, or sloppy.

Possibly see if they can give you a reference customer with a similar type vehicle that you could contact and ask them how thier system has been, and if they have had any problems.

I know that some of this seems overkill, but i have helped several customers who had taken it to the "wrong shop" and have helped them basically re-do thier system inorder to make it reliable. Then whats the point in paying someone to do the installation for you....

Does anyone know where I can purchase the Cup setup? Either a website to purchase the cups or a dealer.

What kind of car is it for? Most likely you can purchase a set through P.G. Motoring (supporting vendor)

Oh, I am sorry, I thought that you were asking for cups to mount air bags.
