TrendyTodd and BlackSC400 are fine examples. First thing is first. You'll be needing a traditional sedan to transform into a VIP Yakuza getaway vehicle. Once you've got your traditional sedan picked out you will want to work on the ride height. Full height adjustable coilovers or air suspension will do. Both are pretty expensive but its up to you to decide what will best fit your driving style and your budget. Next you will want to fit a set of multipiece masterpieces. Something staggered with a deep dish and a low offset. An offset so low that it will require some stretched rubber to fit under the fender while the lip of the wheel just chills on the outside. Once you have that done then post some progress pics and we'll go from there. Good luck!
