i take it instead of rolling the fender it would need to cut the fender lip? would i still beable to run 20's or do i need to go down to 19"s? thanks alot guys. I am new to the vip look in any car feild, always been into sport compacts and low riders, but very excited about going VIP and the clean look and style it posesses.

Diameter is really up to your preference. 18s, 19s or 20s, they will all work, but they do take different specs to achieve the same "flushness". Tire sizing (and brand) is also critical when it gets really close.
The rears work better if you cut it, it's really just too stiff to roll. I've never tried cutting the fronts since I believe that the sheet metal is too thin. I just rolled and pulled it, then smooth out the waves and dents before having it repainted.
