you're probably getting confused because different companies use different names for there finishes and sometimes they're kind of misleading. you're basic metal finishes brake down like this:
polished: highly reflective, similar to chrome.
machined: this will have lines machined into the face and relects light similar to a cd (hard to capture in low quality pics).
brushed: similar to polished (smooth) but a matte finish.

hi, can i know how do you get the silver polish, machine polish or diamond cut of look?
because i tried to paint my wheels silver in a wheel shop but it came out just a plain silver color

Machine polish/diamond cut = done by a lathe or CNC machine. You can just get some paint stripper, remove the clear coat, wet sand your lips, get brillo pads, and do it yourself for a brushed finish.
