My guess is that while your going over the police bumps, its not actually your struts/bags squeaking. But the actual officer screaming for help. I think your best fix would be to move to Mexico. Cause the rest of the police bumps will be looking for you.
I know that my pillow ***** were squeaking, I could not figure it out for a while. but whenever I tried to check to see what was squeaking i could not copy the situation enough. finally pulled the struts and started to check every bolt and bushing in the rear end. Crammed some metal around the pillow ball and put it back in. Tightened the **** out of it. no squeak!

im using an aftermarket one.
but u know, this past weekend when it was raining like hours, i didnt hear any squeaky sound at all. it was dead quite when i went over the bump. i sprayed WD40 around the sway bar area last week (before the rain), it didn't make any difference. i'll try the sway bar bushings sometimes this weekend. i hope that will do the trick.
i wonder why sway bar bushings will make the sounds, is the position change when u install bags ? sorry, im such a noob around this stuff.
thx RAMPAGEsd!
