ima bump up this old thread, has anyone come up with a set up that doesn't involve taking out the spare tire?anybody in a 2GS? thanks!

I had everything under the vehicle for two years. no pics though I just moved my new setup to the trunk. It is possible. You have to modify the exhaust to use the original muffler location to mount some small 3 gallon tanks, but it is possible

I'm working on that right now. Cant lose the spare tire!. Hopefully I can finish install this weekend (if valves come in by tomorrow). I'll post some pics if I do.

you can fit a 3 gallon tank in the quarter panel with a compressor of you like not hard to do at all.

Ok, so I will finally be installing my air tomorrow. Valves took longer to come in than expected. But I tracked it, and it is here at my local usps. Hopefully it can be completed and I can post my trunk pics. But I do have a question, original power wire that came with kit is a 4gauge with a 70 amp fuse. Is it ok to run a 4gauge wire with a 120amp fuse, as it is already installed in my car from my sub and amp?
