yes they fit, but not garantee to have u the most lips u could get on a GS3, cuz the width are not that wide, it's only like 3.x in. in the rear, and like 2.x in. in the front i think, but for an IS3 it's already wide enough (to still clear BBK).

damn, i'll have to get back to you on this. all i know is that it fits perfect on the IS3, and it fits on any 5 lug pattern lexus and toyota.

The offsets are probably in the high 40's or low 50's. Check the back of the wheel. All the info is sometimes stamped into the wheel.
