With the currernt OEM specs, the 235s are about the OD of the OEM 17s and the 245s are the OD of the OEM 16s.

Shouldn't the OEM OD of the 17" and 16" be the same? Just curious because you wouldn't expect Lexus to have to change speedo gears with OEM Wheel/Tire OD differences... or is it so small of a difference it doesn't matter?
