These wheels are still available, they should fit youre LS 430. I did change out the tires the 255/45 are no longer available. If you want theese wheels with tires I still have the pair of NITTO extreme in 225/40 with about 95-99% tread, and a pair of Falken Azenis 265/35 with about 75-80% tread left. WHeels alone will cost $400+ shipping with tires $600+ shipping. Shipping for the wheels is about $75 to the east coast, gradually less as destintion gets closer to California. Shipping will also cost a little more if you want tires.
