How much tread left on the tires?

Does the repaired wheel ride smoothly? Seems like the weld would throw the weighting off? Have always loved these wheels, definitely interested.

thread depth is probably around 50%. im not positive because i dont know how much thread they have new. i will take some pictures of the tires tommorrow if your interested.

luckily it was a back wheel and not a front. if it was a front it would be hard to balance, but being on the back i dont notice any vibration.

one thing i forgot to mention is how light these wheels are. when i took the tire off to get the wheel fixed and they handed me the wheel, i was shocked. for an 18x10 wheel, it was sooo light.

I'm interested. are you willing to ship them?

PS I understand you wanting to rid of them after the horrible dealings with the previous owner.

i will pack them and ship them if someone wants to pay the shipping cost. i paid 135 shipping from california so it would probably be around there. i wont make money off shipping, just pay what it cost.

Ahh, now I understand...you came up with a name I had never heard before "lower wall trimming"...why not just say "custom lip" and make it easy on everyone? lol But yes, the car would look better without it, but at this point he's just trying to recoup funds so the lip may not be a priority.

You know that rubber thing you see in office buildings that runs along the bottom of the wall along the carpet? Thats what he's referring too, I know alot of Maxima guys use that stuff to make lower lips, its actually called the "Ludalip" on www.maxima.org forums. Anyhoo, those are nice rims man, good luck on the sale
