if he's paying 2200 for some knockoffs with volk stickers.. thats pretty sad.... its obvious he's just BS'ing and making up his own price since even the highest level of wholesale can't even get them for that price with tires included... Maybe he's related to Ray?
by the way.. rims are still available because I never received the deposit check from a guy from a different forum.. Can't trust anyone outside of CL when it comes to doing business on forums... I was also told recently that my new Works will be in by mid July. So whatever it may be, I won't be able to take these wheels off until about July 15, 2005.

deposit was given and was returned because buyer claims that he really needs his money after losing his job.. these wheels are back up for grabs.. I even lowered the price to get more people interested.

Geez Ken, sorry you're having all these issues selling the wheels. I shouldn't be surprised through. I was selling some 19 Axis wheels and tires for dirt frickin' cheap and I still had to deal with BS, finally someone stepped up and bought them about a month later...your wheels will sell dude, just have to be patient I guess. Good luck man, and we're going to have to hook up one of these days

I'm in no rush to sell these. I might just keep these suckers and slap them on my Tacoma truck even though thats just my work truck. It'll be pretty crazy tho...
and wow, I didn't realize the price on these wheels brand new dropped that much already. But the other thing you need to consider is that the wheels on those websites do not have the same offsets as mine. Mine are custom made to fit the SC and you don't need to wait 6-8 weeks for them to come from Japan. Their offsets are sure close, but to me, a few mm's off will make a big difference in appearance.. But other than that, those 2 sites given have some good deals on GT-7's already built and ready to ship from within the USA

My wheels finally came in from Japan after 3 months!! These Volks are up for sale again now. Priced to sell:
$1950 with tires. Fronts were wearing out on the inside but I had them flipped. About 50% tread left for front and 60% tread left for the rear.
I'm willing to ship for $1950, but that will be w/o tires. Only local pick ups will get them with tires for that price.
