are they all scuffed up?? its hard to tell by that picture, but they look like they have been roughed up a little. also, how is the tread on the tires?? and are they the 17" rims?? by the style, i am assuming so, but can never be too sure. i am very interested, and consider me 1st in line if no one else pm'd u 1st.... let me know
