how is the condition of the wheels? Are they made by Arrow Enterprise? Can you provide the spec.? I assume they are w/o tires right?

I checked them out today...nice wheels, no curb rash..just needs some cleaning...

18x7.5" all around
+44 offset
P.c.d. 114.3

the tires are continental...225/60/18...tires are still in great condition, on the car for about 6 months...If you can use these tires, add another $100...
