When you say installed do you mean the studs where inserted and removed or the spacer was just put on over the bug and then pulled off?

All I know is that when it comes to parts that hold my wheels to my car, I'm not going to go with cheap *** ebay stuff. Every QUALITY 15mm+ complete spacer kit I've seen is $140 and up.

I don't think you can reuse wheel studs ,since they are pressed in it shears some of the material off of them making them not sit as tight in the hub. If you have a pic i might regain interest but for $20 i would rather buy brand new.
