I have a set of 4 silver Lexus IS wheels with relatively new ContiWinter Continenetal TS790's. The wheels have a few scrapes as they were winter wheels but they are all straight and balance perfrectly. The tires are 245/45/17's and were used for one winter with about 3000 miles on them. These tires really help in the winter. I was told these were some of the best studless snow tires made at the time I got them and ran about $1k just for the tires. These were on my SC400 but will probably fit other aplications also. Looking to get $700 plus shipping for the set balanced with lexus lugs and locks. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Ali

Yes they will. I think you'd lose 1/2 or 1 inch width over the GS wheels.
EDIT: IS300 Wheels = 7" diameter, +50mm offset
GS430 Wheels = 8" diameter, +50mm offset
