The set of four rims are staggered fitment. It has been on my GS for about 3 months now, and has probably driven about close to 2500 miles on tire. The rims come with center caps and lug nuts, including the wheel locks. These rims I am selling are practically brand new, flawless. About 90% tread left on tires (HANKOOK). I forgot the offset, but it was the offset for my 01 lexus GS300. I'm sure it will be the same offset for the 400 or 430s as well. I will call my shop tomorrow and see what the correct offset is. And anyone is welcome to set a time with me if they would like to see the rims. At the moment I do not have a digital camera available to take any pics. But the rims are flawless. I just called my shop, and here are the official specs of the axis milanos.

19x8.5 w/ Hankook 245x35x19 (front) and 19x9.5 w/ Hankook 275x30x19 (rears)

offset for front is 35 and rear is 45. If anyone wants to come down and check the rims out, feel free to set a time and date with me. Thanks.
