I have a set of the staggered OE Lexus IS350 wheels:

2 x 18x8 and 45 mm offfset
2 x 18x8.5 and 50 mm offset

These are next to new take offs and are in sweet condition. See picture.

These currently have Bfg KDW 2's, 245 40 and 255 40, proper heightwise for a GS.

Wheels are for sale with or without tires. Tires are just about brand new with under 1000 miles on them.

 

interested in wheels and tires, curious if you might know about fitment on a gs w/ rod millen bbk.

 

I really don't know on the brake kit. All I have is the stock GS400 brakes. I can take some dimensions on the inside but I don't know if that will tell you enough.

Here are some ideas on what a set of these OE's look like on a 2nd Gen GS.... maybe someone in Texas can pick these up, wouldn't mind seein a fellow GS rolling up and down 75 Central on these!
