Default Will these fit a GS

Can someone please tell me if these will fit a 98' GS400, for sure. I want to make sure there will be no problems with the speedometre. As well as if the width will look ok in the rears.

Thanks

Rahim

Did you correctly enter in your tire sizes? They are different diameters.

The wheels are staggered and should have different sizes.

Different widths and different ratios, but they should still have almost the same diameter. At 75 they are traveling over 3 mph different and can cause issues with the ABS on a car such as the GS.

There is a diameter difference between Front - 225/40/18 and Rear - 255/40/18.

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.j...=SP+Sport+9000
25.1" on the front vs 25.9" on the rears.

Just go look at a new IS350 on the dealer lot and you will see it. It seems maintaining close to the original OD's on a GS the front tire is better by sizing fronts at 245 40 18 which will have a better ride also vs a 225 40. I was wondering on the IS cars why they did that, esp the all wheel drive and ABS systems, having the 2 diameters seems odd.

I do run a set of IS350's (not Spiders) on my '99 GS. 18x8 and 18x8.5 and on the rear 255 40 and that tires size looks great. Those Spiders look great, good look on the sale!
