It should fit fine...the bolt patterns for all lexus cars are the same.
I checked the width and size by using discount tire wheel plus 2 size and they do call out the same/similar sizes as the spec for IS 350 18" oem wheels. I am 100% confident these wheels should fit...anyone one care to comment?

I believe the bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3mm.
