The tire pressure monitors are built in and have not been removed. The wheels come with Dunlop Ultra High Performance All-Season Run Flat Tires that are valued at 260 dollars per tire. The 17 inch wheels themselves have an original price of 210 dollars each. Thus, the price given is a bargain.I will also include free wheel locks and wheel nuts if you need them. Offset and width?

 

The width is 7.5 inch and the offest is 45 mm. The tire width is bigger at 9.5-10 inch. Hope this helps.
