22" KMC wheel for sale cheap

I try to sell this wheel for my friend off of his Chrysler 300c.
22x8.5 all around not sure the offset but i will look it up. wheel come with tires about 80-90% left bought this brand new. he wants $2200 for it i prefer pick up

what is the offset,tire size and where in Cali are you.
