I don't know if they'll fit the 97 ES. Call a local Lexus dealership and their service/parts department should be able to answer all your questions (fit, bolt pattern). Other than the pictures you see from page 1, I'm not an expert on tires/rims. All I can tell you is they came right off my new 2007 GS350 after I drove it home from the dealership and both the rims and the tires are in perfect condition.
