I have a set of 19" MOMO wheels and tires for sale that came off an IS350. The centers are black and the outer rim is chrome. As you can see from the pictures below, they are practically new with only about 1K miles on them!

These are very high-end wheels! This package originally cost just under $4,000! I am asking only $2,500.

Fronts:
19x8.5"
ET 38
Dunlop SP Sport 225/35-19

Rears:
19x9.5"
ET 38
Dunlop SP Sport 275/35-19

Only imperfection is a very slight bend in the outer lip, which is shown in a closeup pic below. You really have to be looking to see it though.
