I've shipped plenty of wheels with tires through FedEx. Normally cost around $20-$30/wheel. They can be shipped like so:

I've shipped 18'' chrome l-sportline wheels+tires, and it ran me 55 a piece shipped in that method.

They are in good shape.. the tires on the wheels are ok.. but could use replacing, one is in better shape, and im including 3 more tires. Shoot me you email address, ill send you a zip of a couple pics i have..
