any fender mods to fit the rears on a 2nd gen GS?

I think minor fender rolling or not mods at all to clear 2GS rear in my opinion. I mean my friend has these on his first gen ls400 and i know the 2GS has more clearance then the the 1st gen LS does and he runs them no problem so im pretty sure you won't have any issues. besides its +43 offset. =]

These should fit on a 3GS but I'm a little concerned about that 10.5 width on the rear. I guess if they work on a LS they should work on a 3GS. I'll think about it, wanted chrome because my car is that glacier color. I think chrome looks better on it. Wish I knew how to photoshop.
