These wheels are definitely not in perfect condition. Finish wise, I really recommend getting them polished up, but no bends as far as I can tell

The tires, with an exception of one have excellent tread but the are mismatched

1 Dunlop SP Sport excellent tread (better than the picture shows)
2 Sumitomo HTR+ one balding one brand new with nipples on the edges

yes and there they are includes the tool that comes to take them on and off
