Look for some local meets to go to and meet people... until then offer these for sale LOCAL ONLY where the buyer meets you in person. Anything else is too risky.
Also, I'd ask you to disclose the fittment issues you've had on the 2IS with these to potential buyers - may not be a deterrent for other models of Lexus. I'm a bit disappointed not to see that in the for sale post
