I'm 90% sure they will fit, but u might wanna double check with some IS guys first.... these wheels were on a TL.

On the IS, those will stick out just a hair on the fronts. Unless you are slammed and have crazy camber. =)

They may sit flush on the back.

Look for pics of 1IS with 18x8 40 offset on the fronts and they are close to flush.
