asking 1900 w/ everything. tires are a bit more worn now i will consider lowering price.

i believe you can just polish the scratches out with Mothers metal polish and a buff ball

From the looks of it, it would need to be sanded down, then brought smooth with finer grit then polished with a semi abrasive polish then buffed. More than just over the counter stuff but can be done fairly easily.
