I remember when STI's came out and people were selling the stock BBS wheels and tires for about $2000 and now they usually sell for $1000 with tires.
Yes stock wheels will be selling for quite some penny, however you can still buy some nice aftermarket wheels for $3000 and probably get some cheap tires.
Even though people are selling stock IS-F wheels and tires for $3000, there are people out there that (is dumb enough) will buy them.

It's not bashing, more like hating 
But honestly a seller has the right to post whatever price they feel like and since it's a public forum members can post whatever they feel like within reason.
I say put it up on ebay if it doesn't sell here, there are probably more suckers on there than here

$3k is cheap when you consider what the tires would cost here in Canada alone. I think its a fair price considering the time frame of availability. I don't see any other sets for sale to price it against.

If i cant sell these wheels im more than happy to keep them. If you have an is-f,i dont think you need money that bad 
. This will benefits people whos looking to buy them rather than paying for the dealer cost.

Just so you realize guys whenever a stock vehicle has a forged wheel, its going to be very expensive. I need a viper wheel and I was quoted 3k at the dealer (FOR ONE WHEEL!!!! 
). Even used ones on Fleabay are 600-700 bucks with curb rash and all! lol
So I understand the sticker shock becase these are not the normal Lexus OEM prices but understand that these types of wheels are always expensive.
